TO CONSIDER CORRESPONDENCE AND RESOLVE ACCORDINGLY

  1. Book Exchange – Been raised that a permanent structure could be installed for the    village library, costs to be received from local area.
  2. Baulkins Drove Dog Issue – Reports of loose dogs in the village primarily Baulkins Drove which have caused nuisance issues to dog walkers in recent weeks, issue has been flagged to the relevant authorities.
  3. Planning Applications Baulkins Drove – An update is to be requested from South Holland District Council, correspondence sent to various interested stakeholders.

TO CONSIDER PARISH RESPONSIBILITIES AND RESOLVE ACCORDINGLY

  1. Security of all Parish Greens and property. Clerk to set up Joint Meeting with the Local Charities. Contact Local Police in regards to handling of travellers on Hoyles Field. ONGOING
  2. Play Areas - Bells DroveAwaiting a date when seats are to be fitted
  3. Hoyles Sports FieldDugouts have been removed
  4. Needham Green Dead End trying to establish legal owner of said greens so to be removed from the minutes going forward
  5. Magazine – Nothing to report
  6. Allotment – Price Increases (minimal) to be sent to occupants for an increase from April 2021
  7. Playgroup – Discussions still ongoing surrounding a new building.
